Policy on Refunds
Thank you for visiting Lotus N Coco and buying with us.
We're here to help if you're unhappy with your purchase.
You have  calendar days from the date you received the item to return it.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return. The item you're returning must be in its original packaging.
The receipt or proof of purchase is required for your item. If you don't have a receipt, please take a screenshot of the payment evidence and the chat dialogue.
We will evaluate your returned item after we receive it and notify you that it has been received. After checking the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. We will reverse the amount that the customer has paid; however, we will not be responsible for the shipping fee refund.
We will begin a reimbursement to you if your return is accepted. Depending on your card issuer's restrictions, you will receive the credit within a specific number of days.
You will be responsible for any shipping expenses associated with returning your goods. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. The cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund if relevant.
